We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to work in our Thirsty Flamingo Poolside Bar and Dining outlet.
This is a permanent full-time role. Must have an RSA and experience in a similar role. Role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts and weekends, but No Split Shifts
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in similar role preferably in a Hotel/Resort environment
- Ability to lead by example and oversee Food and Beverage Attendants and their performance whilst on shift
- A strong work ethic with a passion and enthusiasm for great customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and produce excellent service in a fast paced environment
- Skills to implement, monitor and maintain Food and Beverage standard operating procedures.
- Ability to conduct staff training for staff both on and off the job, facilitate multiskilling and effectively induct new employees.
- Skills to oversee rosters and monitor daily attendance, timekeeping, sick leave and annual holidays of all service staff in collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage and Asst. Food and Beverage Manager.
- Proven knowledge and experience in making cocktails and great coffee
