COMMIS CHEF
Two years previous experience in a similar role within a large hotel/resort will be highly regarded. Reporting to the Executive Chef this role is a fundamental part of the Kitchen Team.
The successful applicant will display:
- A strong work ethic with a passion and enthusiasm for great food
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and produce consistently good food in a fast-paced environment
- Proven knowledge and experience in all aspects of kitchen operations
- MUST be able to work Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner Shifts
- MUST have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in functions and banqueting will be a great asset but it is not essential.
- We offer a great working environment with no split shifts and a very competitive salary
