The Ground Floor features the Lockhart Room, Conference Centre Gardens and our beautiful Conference Centre Gazebo. The Lockhart Room is a large, versatile room with natural light. This room can be divided into smaller rooms suitable for workshops or breakout sessions and caters for special access needs.
The Conference Centre Gardens and Gazebo is a perfect venue for welcome cocktail parties or exclusive dinners for up to 300 guests. This area is also used extensively for conference dinners and informal breakout workshops.
Situated on the first floor with access via our breathtaking Foyer and sweeping timber staircase, are the Jardines Room & Verandah, and Palmerston Room. These rooms are ideally suited for smaller functions and meetings of less than 60 guests.
Somerset Room is also available, a beautiful function room situated in the heart of the resort and gardens and only a short walk from the Conference Centre or Main Reception. The Somerset Room mirrors the grandeur and elegance portrayed in the Conference Centre.
With similar decor and atmosphere, a single flight timber staircase leads to a spacious, open planned function room, suitable to a wide range of business meetings or special events.
