Smoking

In accordance with Queensland law, from 1 July 2006 smoking is banned in all enclosed areas and outdoor areas where food and drink is provided at the Cairns Colonial Club Resort.

The Cairns Colonial Club Resort has developed this Smoking Management Plan to comply with the legal requirements for designated smoking areas. This Plan contains:

  • Information on designated smoking areas for employees and guests.
  • The location and boundaries of these areas.
  • How smoking is managed at the premises and measures for assisting with compliance.
